Mojitos My Way (Lower Sugar)
These mojitos are a delicious homemade "skinny" version of the cocktail.
- 1 medium lime halved and juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces rum
- 5 ounces seltzer or club soda
- 2 teaspoons stevia sweetener Splenda Naturals
- Squeeze both halves of lime into a 16-ounce glass. Add stevia and mint leaves. Muddle well.
- Add rum. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add 4 to 5 ounces seltzer water and stir. Enjoy immensely!
