Mojitos My Way (Lower Sugar)

These mojitos are a delicious homemade "skinny" version of the cocktail.

  • 1 medium lime halved and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 ounces rum
  • 5 ounces seltzer or club soda
  • 2 teaspoons stevia sweetener Splenda Naturals


  1. Squeeze both halves of lime into a 16-ounce glass. Add stevia and mint leaves. Muddle well.

  2. Add rum. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add 4 to 5 ounces seltzer water and stir. Enjoy immensely!
