  • 3/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt plain, full-fat
  • 6 tablespoons cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled


  • Combine all ingredients except for the cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Stir in crumbled cheese.
