Blue Cheese Dressing
- 3/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
- 6 tablespoons cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 4 to 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled (to taste)
1. Combine all ingredients except for the cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Stir in crumbled cheese.
