Blue Cheese Dressing
This recipe is a probiotic-rich version of blue cheese dressing that whips up quickly and stores in the fridge for a couple weeks.
- 3/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt plain, full-fat
- 6 tablespoons cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
- Combine all ingredients except for the cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Stir in crumbled cheese.
