"Graham Cracker" Pie Crust (Gluten Free, Grain Free)

This almond flour pie crust is so good you won't notice it's not made from graham crackers!

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Combine ingredients.
  • Press firmly into greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake for about 7 minutes. Cover edge of crust with foil or a pie shield to prevent overbrowning. Continue baking for 7 more minutes.
  • Fill with your favorite filling, such as strawberry cream or chocolate pudding.
