"Graham Cracker" Pie Crust (Gluten Free, Grain Free)
This almond flour pie crust is so good you won't notice it's not made from graham crackers!
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- Combine ingredients.
- Press firmly into greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for about 7 minutes. Cover edge of crust with foil or a pie shield to prevent overbrowning. Continue baking for 7 more minutes.
- Fill with your favorite filling, such as strawberry cream or chocolate pudding.
