“Graham Cracker” Pie Crust (Gluten Free, Grain Free)

  • 4 T. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Press firmly into greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for about 7 minutes. Cover edge of crust with foil or a pie shield to prevent overbrowning. Continue baking for 7 more minutes.
  4. Fill with your favorite filling, such as strawberry cream or chocolate pudding.
