Garlic Ranch Dressing for Cobb Salad
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 t. dried dillweed
- 1 small garlic clove (substitute garlic powder, if desired)
- 3 to 4 T. olive oil
- 2 T. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 t. salt or to taste
DirectionsCombine ingredients in blender. Blend until desired consistency, adding more olive oil to thin if necessary. Store in a mason jar. Use within a week.
This easy, real food dressing is delicious on any salad (try it with Cobb salad) or as a dip for raw veggies. Bonus: it has protein and probiotics from the yogurt, unlike most store-bought dressings!
