Cinnamon Maple-Glazed Pecans

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 lb. whole pecans


  1. Whisk egg white for one minute, until frothy. Combine remaining ingredients through salt, stirring well. Add pecans and stir to coat. 
  2. Spoon pecans onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 225 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 
  3. Remove from oven; stir to separate pecans and cool completely. Store  or prepare to gift in mason jars.

These slightly sweet pecans make a great holiday or hostess gift packaged in a mason jar with a festive ribbon. I like to add them to salads and oatmeal, or snack on them as is!
