Cinnamon Maple-Glazed Pecans


  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pound whole pecans


  • Whisk egg white for one minute, until frothy. Combine remaining ingredients through salt, stirring well. Add pecans and stir to coat. 
  • Spoon pecans onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 225 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven; stir to separate pecans and cool completely. Store  or prepare to gift in mason jars.

    These slightly sweet pecans make a great holiday or hostess gift packaged in a mason jar with a festive ribbon. I like to add them to salads and oatmeal, or snack on them as is!
