Blackened Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps
This tuna salad packs lots of flavor, including a little spicy kick! It's a great low-carb lunch.

- 1 5-ounce can white albacore or solid light tuna packed in water or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons homemade blackened fish seasoning
- 6 whole crisp lettuce leaves
Open and drain water/oil from can of tuna.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and seasoning in a small bowl until mixed thoroughly.
Scoop evenly into lettuce wraps just before serving.
Serve on top of lettuce-leaf wraps, stuffed into a whole-wheat wrap with lettuce and pickles, or simply eat this tuna salad with a fork.
