- 1/2 cup of whole oats
- water to cover oats (about 1/4 cup)
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of salt
- Pour oatmeal into microwave-safe bowl. Add water to cover oatmeal. Stir in dashes of cinnamon and salt.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Consider adding 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or fresh fruit with 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Stir in milk of choice, if desired.
