Fresh Whipped Cream
- High-Powered Blender
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or to taste (if desired)
- Combine ingredients into Vitamix or other high powered blender.
- Turn blender on LOW and quickly increase the speed to about 7. Watch carefully, and you will SEE when it stops sloshing around as a liquid at the same time you HEAR the change in the noise the blender is making. After only about 10 seconds, it's done! Stop then, or you'll have butter!
Add a spoonful of fresh whipped cream onto your fruit or a better-for-you chocolate mug cake (gluten free and grain free) and indulge a little!
