Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Grate cucumber; place grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze water out before adding to bowl.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and stir.

Recipe Notes

This cucumber yogurt sauce is delicious with Grilled Tandoori-Style ChickenĀ or used as a dressing along with the leftover chicken in Tandoori-Style Chicken, Avocado, and Mango Salad.
