
Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grate cucumber; place grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze water out before adding to bowl.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and stir.
Notes
This cucumber yogurt sauce is delicious with Grilled Tandoori-Style ChickenĀ or used as a dressing along with the leftover chicken in Tandoori-Style Chicken, Avocado, and Mango Salad.
