Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cream or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mug.
  2. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes.

Note: Serve with fresh whipped cream.
