Blackened Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 5-oz. can white albacore (or solid light) tuna, packed in olive oil
  • 1 to 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 2 t. homemade blackened fish seasoning
  • crisp lettuce leaves


  1. Open and drain oil from can of tuna.
  2. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and seasoning in a small bowl until mixed thoroughly.

Serve on top of lettuce-leaf wraps, stuffed into a whole-wheat wrap with lettuce and pickles, or simply eat this tuna salad with a fork.
